• The applicants must be present on the visa application date to have fingerprint collected. (Temporary exempting fingerprint collection for short-term visas (stay less than 180 days) until 31 DEC 2025 for single entry or double entries.
• Chinese visa application need to fill in the application online and no need to make appointment in advance before submit the visa application.

General required documents from the applicant for Chinese Business visa

1. National passport with validity of at least 6 months after the end of the planned journey and having at least 2 blank pages

2. Completed and signed application form

(Once the status of your application showing "Passport to be submitted", please print the comfirmation form and then submit documents at the visa application center.)

4. Proof of legal stay or residence status (for foreigner)

5. Copy of hotel reservation

6. Proof of Employment

• Letter of employer, stating your income and your vacation days allowed or
• Copy of inscription in the commerce register or as a partner in a company

7. Copy of ticket reservation

8. Invitation letter from a trade partner in China with official stamp and signature. (Please specify the contact information and mobile phone number of the person in charge.)

9. Photocopy of previous Chinese visas (If any)

Remark: The Visa Centre accepts visa applications from Thailand citizens or citizens of other countries staying in Thailand with appropriate legal status. Application acceptance is ONLY available to people lawfully residing in the country in which this Visa Centre is located

You shoud make your application well in advance of the planned travel date. You are advised to apply ONE month in advance.
