The East Africa Tourist Visa will allow travel within the three countries which are Kenya, Rwanda and Uganda with the same multiple entry visa and shall be valid for 90 days as long as one does not travel outside the partnering countries. Once a traveler goes out of the three countries and comes back to either Kenya, Rwanda or Uganda, it will be considered as a new journey, and not a continuation hence applicable visa fees will apply.

The East Africa Tourist Visa can apply through either Kenya, Rwanda or Uganda but a traveler must begin his trip in the country which granted visa.
